1. It will load a document in Zoho Writer.
2. Select Merge Fields from the Insert Fields section.
3. Click Done.
   

Steps to use the pre-designed templates:

1. Choose a template from the Mail Merge Template Gallery.
2. Click Select. This will load a document in Zoho Writer.
   
   

1. Select Merge Fields from the Insert Fields section. The fields will be inserted in the specified place in Writer template.
2. Click Done.
   

To add subforms in a template:

1. If you want to add additional information such as warranty, guarantee details, or accessories to your template, you can add the subform in your template and send it to your customers instead of manually adding them. 
2. Go to Insert Dynamic Table in Zoho Writer.
3. Select the subform that you would like to add in the template. A pop-up will display the list of fields in the subform.
4. Select the fields that you want to add in your template.
5. Click Select all.
   
6. Click Create Table.
