Broadcast Webinar

Practice sessions before the webinar will help organizers and webinar staff prepare and get familiar with the interface before broadcasting to the attendees. Organizers, co-organizers, and webinar staff can view the screen and discuss among themselves during the practice session.
 
Only the admin of the organization's Zoho Webinar account can enable practice sessions before the webinarwhich will be reflected for the organization members. Organizers and webinar staff can use practice sessions only if enabled by the admin.
 
How to:

Enable practice sessions before webinar

  1. Sign in to the Zoho Webinar web portal.
  2. Go to Settings and select the Manage Organization tab.
  3. Under Webinar, turn on the toggle switch for Enable practice sessions before webinars to have default practice sessions before webinars.
 

 Start broadcast
  1. Sign in to the Zoho Webinar web portal.
  2. Go to Settings .
  3. Click Schedule to schedule a webinar .
  4. Start webinar on the scheduled date and time.
  5. As practice sessions are enabled, you can discuss among the webinar staff and prepare to broadcast the webinar.
  6. Once you are ready to broadcast the webinar to the attendees, click Start Broadcast .
 

 
 

Note:
  • Before broadcasting, organizer can speak and share their screen with the co-organizers and webinar staff.
  • Once you start the broadcast, recording of the webinar session will begin as well (This is applicable only if auto recording setting is enabled on the account).
  • Alt hough attendees can join the webinar before the organizer starts broadcasting , they won't be able to hear or view the screen until the webinar begins. The attendees will be shown a " Waiting for webinar broadcast to start " message.
