Introducing customizable form links in Bigin

Greetings,

Forms are essential for businesses, as they provide a structured way of collecting information and engaging with customers. Bigin Forms simplifies form creation and distribution for your various business needs.

Users can share forms with customers directly through form links via email, instant messages, or social media. Until now, these form links were generated automatically and not customizable, resembling something like: https://bigin.zoho.com/crm/WebFormServeServlet?rid=<uniqueformid>.

To improve the accessibility of form links, we're introducing a new enhancement that enables you to customize form links according to your preference. Moving forward, all Bigin forms will be hosted on bigin.online, resulting in simpler and more personalized URLs, which are structured like: https://<dc>.bigin.online/{org-access-url}/forms/{form-link-name}.

You can edit the values of {org-access-url} and {form-link-name} to meet your specific requirements.The <dc> in the link refers to the Zoho Data Center in which your Bigin account was created, so its value varies based on your account's data center.
 
For instance, take Zylker Homes, a real estate company based in the United States. Let's say they've created a form in Bigin named "Contact Us". Its corresponding URL would be: https://us.bigin.online/zylkerhomes/forms/contactus.

Replace bigin.online with your own domain 

If your goal is to establish a more distinct form URL that reflects your brand identity, you can tailor your form URLs to align seamlessly with your brand image. This customization option enables you to host your forms in your own domain, thereby reinforcing your brand recognition. For example, let's say Zylker Homes opts to integrate their business domain, zylkerhomes.com. This process will seamlessly convert their Bigin form links into URLs such as https://zylkerhomes.com/forms/{form-link-name}.

Dark and light theme for the Pipeline Panel

This enhancement allows you to switch between dark and light themes for the Pipeline Panel. By default, a darker theme is provided. Users who prefer a lighter theme can use this option.
