Bonjour à tous, 

Découvrons ensemble le module Activités de Zoho Desk !

Le module Activités est l'endroit où vous pouvez créer et suivre toutes vos tâches, appels et événements. Chaque activité contient des informations essentielles sur l'heure de début, la durée, le niveau de priorité, le statut et d'autres paramètres accessibles à partir d'une activité.

Tâches
Les tâches sont votre liste de choses à faire dans Zoho Desk et vous permettent de suivre vos tickets clients. Elles peuvent être autonomes ou associées à des tickets. Les tâches garantissent que diverses actions soient effectuées dans un délai précis et de manière ordonnée au sein de votre service d'assistance.

Événements
Les événements sont des activités programmées, comme vos réunions ou vos salons professionnels. Un événement est associé à une heure, une date et une durée programmées. Vous pouvez définir des rappels pour rester au courant de vos événements.

Appels
Les appels vous permettent de capturer et de garder la trace des appels entrants et sortants dans Zoho Desk. Utilisez l'option Enregistrer un appel pendant une conversation pour vous assurer de capturer les détails importants de l'appel. Vous pouvez également programmer des appels, de sorte que l'application affiche un rappel lorsqu'il est temps de composer le numéro.

Vues des activités
Jetez un coup d'œil à la vue des activités pour obtenir une image claire de tous les détails nécessaires. Vous pouvez visualiser vos activités à partir des vues de liste prédéfinies ou créer une vue de liste personnalisée. Si vous travaillez à partir d'un ticket particulier, vous pouvez obtenir un meilleur contexte sur les activités liées à partir du sous-onglet Activité de l'enregistrement.
