EXCEL Sheets getting corrupted in Zoho Workdrive

I have been using Zoho drive over three months. My files have been getting corrupted quite a lot.. there is no proper back up as i work directly on cloud using truesync.

I have lost a very important file and i can't connect to chat or voice support.
