I am looking for the most effective way to create a group inbox.  I am exploring Zoho coming from a CRM where we have a group sales inbox, which is divided into 3 subfolders depending on which language the sender is sending the mail to.  We have an English, Spanish and French email address where,each message is going to one of the subfolders in the main sales inbox.

I have only been using the Zoho system for a few days and am trying to set it up the most appropriately and would like to know how this should be done within Zoho.

I understand I can forward all emails to the sales team private email addresses and then only the owner of the lead will have access to that message from within SalesInbox but this would require the admin for the account to manually assign the leads that come into the inbox to a specific agent.

I am not using the Zoho forms as of yet.  I do expect we will migrate our current form to this platform, but this will take time and I want to migrate in phases to mitigate migration issues.  The mail should be working properly first, then we will move on to another phase.

What is the best way to approach this?
