How to refresh a ticket view ?

How to refresh a ticket view ?

I am doing a widget where I send a rest api call to make a new draft to the ticket I am viewing.

The issue is sometimes it refresh a ticket view and I can see inserted draft right away, but sometimes I do not see it even if it is inserted correctly and I can normaly see it if I manually refresh in browser. I have hard time to understand why sometimes it does work and sometimes not.

Is there any way to force ZohoDesk to refresh ticket email list to see new draft via ZOHODESK or something else ?
