Introducing an option to log incoming phone calls in the Bigin Android app

Hello everyone!

In the latest version(1.7.21)  of the Bigin Android app, we have now provided an option to log incoming phone calls from records present in the Contacts or Companies module in our Bigin mobile app.

How to enable the option to log incoming phone Calls?
  1. Open the Bigin app.
  2. Go on to the settings module.
  3. Select the 'Log Incoming Calls' option under the 'Calls' section.
  4. Enable the 'Log Incoming Calls' option.
Note: By default, this option will be disabled.

Overview of the Incoming call log functionality:
An incoming call can be logged if the call is received from a record present in the Contacts or Companies module. In case any call is received from records which do exist in any module (other than Contacts & Companies), the app will not display the call log form to save the call record.

Note: Incoming calls can be logged only if a network connection is available.
