Issue Saving Workflow Rule – "Unable to Process Your Request" Error

Dear Zoho Recruit Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to integrate a new rule into a workflow. Specifically, I am setting up a Follow-Up workflow for applicants, where a user is assigned based on specific requirements. However, when I attempt to save the workflow, I receive the following error message:

"Unable to process your request. Click here to go back."

Details of the Issue:

  • The error occurs only when attempting to save the workflow after adding a new rule.
  • The rule involves assigning a user to applicants based on specific conditions.
  • I would like to confirm if there is a limit to the number of rules allowed per workflow.

Could you please provide guidance on what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it? If there are any limitations on workflow rules, please let me know the specific constraints and possible workarounds.
