Onboarding



Le recrutement, les entretiens et l'embauche ne sont que les premières étapes de la formation de votre équipe. L'objectif de l'intégration est, comme son nom l'indique, d'intégrer votre nouvel employé dans l'organisation et de le familiariser avec ses outils, équipes, projets et objectifs. Les organisations qui disposent d'un processus d'intégration structuré enregistrent une meilleure productivité des nouveaux employés.

Intérêt d'un processus d'intégration structuré

  • Réduire le taux de renouvellement du personnel et ses coûts - Le processus d'intégration peut donner aux employés potentiels un aperçu de la culture de l'entreprise et façonner leur perception de leur futur lieu de travail pendant cette période critique. Une bonne impression favorise la volonté de rester, tandis qu'une impression négative peut aggraver les problèmes de renouvellement du personnel. Des procédures d'accueil efficaces doivent aider les nouveaux employés à se familiariser et à se sentir à l'aise dans leur nouvel environnement de travail, mais elles doivent également fournir tous les outils et informations dont les travailleurs auront besoin pour accomplir leur travail efficacement.
  • Mettre en conformité le personnel dès les premiers jours - Votre programme de conformité est ce qui assure la protection de votre organisation. D'une manière générale, la formation à la conformité suivie par un employé lors de son intégration donne le ton de son expérience sur le lieu de travail : le type de comportement attendu, la manière d'interagir avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe, etc.
  • Fournir les informations dont les nouveaux employés ont besoin pour faire leur travail - Le processus d'intégration est l'occasion de clarifier les attentes fondamentales, d'aborder les incertitudes et de faire le point sur la situation. Il s'agit notamment de s'assurer que les employés ont accès aux outils et aux équipements dont ils ont besoin et de définir le cadre et même d'établir un lien avec la direction et les responsables.
  • Encourager le travail d'équipe, le mentorat et le leadership - Les managers peuvent prendre un certain nombre de mesures concrètes au cours du processus d'intégration pour établir des liens puissants et durables avec les employés. En plus d'aider les nouvelles recrues à s'acclimater au lieu de travail, un processus d'intégration efficace fait appel à l'élément humain pour établir des liens avec les employés - nouveaux et anciens - sur un plan émotionnel et personnel. C'est un moyen crucial pour les managers de développer les membres de leurs équipes, de transmettre les connaissances institutionnelles et de planter les graines des futurs leaders de l'organisation. Plutôt que de chercher un nouvel emploi, les employés seront motivés pour occuper des fonctions au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Réduire l'anxiété des nouveaux employés - Commencer un nouvel emploi est stressant pour tout le monde ; vous pouvez contribuer à réduire le stress et l'anxiété de votre nouvel employé grâce à un processus d'intégration clairement défini. Vous pouvez fournir toutes les informations dont votre nouvel employé a besoin dès le départ et le laisser se préparer à l'avance.

Le rôle de Zoho One dans le process d'onboarding

Sur Zoho One, l'intégration entre Zoho Recruit et Zoho People vous permettra d'offrir une expérience fluide à vos nouveaux employés. Grâce à cette intégration, vous pouvez :
  • Convertir un candidat en employé.
  • Créer automatiquement un compte pour le candidat embauché dans Zoho People.
  • Lancer le processus d'intégration à partir de Zoho Recruit.
Bon à savoir - L'utilisateur doit être un administrateur du compte de l'organisation dans Zoho Recruit et Zoho People pour permettre l'intégration.

Activer l'intégration de Zoho People

  • Depuis Zoho Recruit, cliquez sur Paramètres > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho People.
  • Dans la page Intégration Zoho People, activez le bouton Intégration Zoho People.

Mapper des champs de Zoho People à Zoho Recruit

  • Allez sur Paramètres > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho People.
  • Dans la section Mappage des champs, sélectionnez le module à mapper.
  • Mappez les champs de Zoho People aux champs correspondants de Zoho Recruit.

Transformer un candidat en employé

  • Allez sur le module "Candidats".
  • Dans la page d'accueil du candidat, sélectionnez le candidat à convertir.
  • Dans la page détails du candidat, cliquez sur "Convertir en employé".
  • La page convertir un candidat s'affiche.
  • Sélectionnez "Créer un nouvel employé" ou "Créer un nouveau fournisseur".
Note : Si vous convertissez le candidat en fournisseur, le candidat n'aura pas accès au portail des employés dans Zoho People.
  • Les détails du candidat sont remplis automatiquement et mappés selon le mappage des champs défini dans la page de configuration de l'intégration Zoho People.
  • Cliquez sur Convertir.

Pousser le candidat vers l'intégration

  • Allez sur le module "Candidats".
  • Dans la page d'accueil du candidat, sélectionnez le candidat à convertir.
  • Dans la page Détails du candidat, cliquez sur le bouton "Plus" et sélectionnez "Transférer en push vers recrutement".

  • La page "Push to onboarding" s'affiche.
  • Les détails du candidat sont remplis automatiquement et mappés selon le mappage des champs défini dans la page de configuration de l'intégration de Zoho People.
  • Cliquez sur Convertir.
