One agent doesnt trigger notification in Slack

Hello,

I have one agent in our solution that doesnt trigger the Slack integration when updating a ticket.

Everyone else does, and it works fine.

The only difference i can see is that the email is from different domain, but i dont know if that could be it?

Hoping that it is possible to fix.
