Shared Inbox Help

Hello All,

When we secure a deal we end up managing a lot of our projects through a shared company email inbox. We have a lot of emails so need to share them in case one of the team is off/busy, they all need picked up and actioned the same day.

It is getting a bit unmanageable with 4 users using the shared emails. Emails come in from customers and suppliers, and can easily get overlooked because they are not 'tagged' to any on person. We manually gave to go through the inbox and tag each email to the person who is managing the project.

Are there any Zoho tools that can help with this, but enabling us to see what deal/project the emails belong to without this manual tagging?

We don't use CRM after the deal has been secured, managing the project finances in Books, but if there are any tools would help us we would like to use them.
