Spreadsheet language setting is broken, causing data loss

Dear Zoho,

Some time within the last week, your code relating to the language settings for spreadsheets changed.

Since that time, the date formats for all date and time cells in my spreadsheets have been incorrect. This is interfering with macros that have been reliable and unchanged in over six months (I know the problem isn't the macro).

The default language in my Zoho Account is English, but in every spreadsheet the spreadsheet language is Japanese (perhaps from some locale in my browser - my OS language is English, not Japanese). When I try to change the spreadsheet language in the drop down in the Spreadsheet Settings, it looks like it has changed but when I exit the dialogue the date formats are all still in Japanese. If I open Spreadsheet Settings again, the language is Japanese again (as though it has never been changed, or the change was never saved.)

Macros I use often rely on the date being in a certain format, so this is making them produce erratic results. Today it appears to have resulted in a loss of data. Please fix this as soon as possible. I have already reported the issue twice via your feedback tool and received no response.
