Como profesionales del marketing por correo electrónico es nuestra responsabilidad asegurarnos de que nuestras campañas sean eficientes e inteligentes. Por lo general, cuando pensamos en una campaña de correo electrónico tenemos en mente los elementos más esenciales para la conversión de clientes potenciales: una lista larga de cuentas de correo, un diseño atractivo de plantilla, y un contenido que alcance al público correspondiente y les haga interactuar con nosotros. Pero, después de pulsar el botón de "Enviar" no obtenemos los resultados esperados. ¿A qué se debe? Esta es una de las principales razones: algunas personas no envían la campaña de la forma correcta.

Tip #14: Envío de campañas de correo electrónico en lotes.

¿Sabías que enviar una campaña de correo electrónico de una sola vez, a varios miles de destinatarios, afecta a su rendimiento? De hacerlo, es probable que pierdas algunos suscriptores, ya que tu mensaje no está orientado a una audiencia de destino particular. Además, puedes acabar forzando tu servidor de mensajes, lo que afectará a la capacidad de entrega de tu correo electrónico. Incluso, es posible que estés perdiendo la posibilidad de conocer el rendimiento global de la campaña. 

Aquí es donde entra en juego el marketing por correo electrónico "inteligente". Al segmentar tus listas de correo en base a criterios específicos, puedes entender mejor a tu audiencia y enviar correos electrónicos dirigidos a cada uno de ellos. Puedes dividir tus correos electrónicos en función de los segmentos, lo que te ayuda a analizar los resultados de tu rendimiento y a obtener una claridad sobre las métricas de la campaña en tiempo real. Como resultado, tu ratio de interacción aumentará.

En caso de que tu segmento siga siendo de gran tamaño, puedes hacer uso del envío de campañas de correo electrónico por lotes. Aquí te muestro cómo hacerlo:
  1. Prepara tu campaña para su envío y selecciona "Crear lotes" dentro de la opción Envío por lotes.


   2.   Determina el número de lotes que quieres crear en tu lista de correo electrónico, y el intervalo de minutos para el envío de cada lote. Tu lista deberá de ser de un mínimo de 200 contactos para crear lotes, y cada lote deberá ser de al menos 100 destinatarios. Por último, selecciona una fecha y hora para empezar a enviar tu primer lote y haz clic en Programación.
