unable to setup multiple calendars in one account

Hi,

I own a private domail (1@nikomanis.eu) which I have set up with zoho.
I have created 3 calendars, which I want to use over caldav protocol on my smartphone and my desktop pc: one professional which I don't want to share with 3rd parties
one for birthdays which I want to share with my girlfriend
and one with theater, cinema, etc dates, which I also want to share

problem is that only the first one is recognizable by all calendar software.
a) On my desktop calendar app (rainlendar) when I try to add a new caldav calendar and input the 2nd and 3rd one I get the message: 
"the URL http://calendar.zoho.eu/caldav/84a21af454c6132207ce2fb26411a69f0d2ac2e83dea492dab39a2bfdf1dca927517a64aa024311d9629a0654620c706/events/ does not contain any calendars" and "the URL http://calendar.zoho.eu/caldav/84a21af454c61322a72d199499907c1bde0842b469763f31738b12afecff33ef057336c13b2ea713d38ae7139e019935/events/ does not contain any calendars".  I have to create another calendar type, called "network shared calendar" and use the ical address which unfortunately doesn't sync both ways ( I can't edit the calendars through the desktop app, only through the zoho calendar webpage). There is no problem with the first one however (the professional one), which I created first. For some reason this one works like a charm.

b) likewise, on my smartphone (samsung galaxy a13), using DavX, I have exactly the same problem: when I import my email account, for some reason only the first calendar is visible. There is nothing I can do to make the other two calendars appear. If I import the caldav address of the 2nd or 3rd one, and put in my zoho username and password, again, only the first one appears.

I have tried deleting and recreating all calendars multiple times, and selecting (with rainlendar that offers the options) multiple account types to import. Nothing, only the first calendar works as a caldav calendar.

What is the problem with my 2nd and 3rd calendar? Does my account support only one caldav calendar?
