Zoho Forms - Trigger Action on Form Update
Hi Forms team,
I had a scenario today where I found that a critical piece of information was not being passed into a form through a query string and this was resulting in a related Zoho Flow failing to update a CRM record.
As the only trigger for Zoho Forms is "on submission", I'd like to know if there are any plans to introduce an "on update" trigger?
This would be really helpful for automation, where updates are made to the data collected and some actions need to be triggered as a result.
