Overall translation quality
Dear Zoho Team, I really love what you do, how you and your products grow. The only thing i don't understand is the quality of the translation, for everything. We use most of your products. Formula's across modules ZoHo CRM
It seems now that almost everything we do revolves around ZoHo but still soooo many years on we cannot write formula's across modules??? When will you develop this feature so at least we can populate fields in one module with the data from a field in another module? PLEASE!

Email change issue - Email ID Already Exists
Hi, We are tyring to change the Primary Email on our account, but there is an issue preventing us from doing this. When entering the new email address, enquiries@lmconcretegarage.co.uk. we get a message saying "Email ID Already Exists." Problem changing primary email address
The email address I used when setting up my (free) Zoho account years ago no longer exists. This useless email address exists is my primary email address in the Contact Details of my Zoho profile. When I try updating the information with a current existing email address I get a message "Email ID already exists". Integration With Elastix
My elastix plant uses username and password to login, this means that I have to enter the extension and password to activate the extension, to make and receive calls. Given the above, how can I do so that zoho can login to the telephone plant?

hi, at first i try to register to zoho using edtamcn.com, when i step into sms verification phase, my computer got shutdown suddenly, and i have to restart my pc. I have the verification code but i don't know where to put it. So i try to restart the process from beginning, but when i tried to insert the same edtamcn.com to the column, i got warning message like this : "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" . login from Safari stopped working
About 4 days ago login to Zoho stopped working from Safari. the login screen refreshes repeatedly every few seconds making it impossible to login. If I enable auto-fill then I get an error "Please reload the page and try again".

Access not allowed from IP Address
Hello Tech Support, Even after adding the ip address, I would be unable to log on. I did remove the IP address restriction, but it still does not let me access ZOHO. I have to enable the prior IP address to access zoho. Where else can I check to remove ip restrictions?

Hey, I have today created a new account on this service and awaited my verification email but nothing came through, I went to the settings page and re requested it but still nothing, I have checked junk mail and such like but still nothing I am obviously concerned that whilst I start to use Zoho suddenly my account will be deleted, please advise how I can sort this out, many thanks - Dave
Why are my forum posts now "awaiting moderation"?
I have made a lot of posts to try to help zoho overcome their many problems. Other users have commended some of these posts. As of today, it seems that my posts are now being censored by zoho! All users to the forums of course have their initial posts await moderation to assist to reduce spam in the forums. However, once that has been lifted there is not more awaiting moderation. However, this morning after posting I see it is 'awaiting moderation'. Is zoho now censoring my posts? Zoho, do you not

Using Office 365... Mail/Outlook. Is it possible to include a link in the message body that can be clicked to take user to the topic, or at least forum, that is being watched? Also, the reply-to-post feature does not work in Office 365/Mail. Also need some CSS or formatting to fix button and text colors - but I guess this is also dependent on the user's theme. Changing my company
Hi I use Zoho CRM, Support, Books, Assist, Projects, Creator etc. I run off a Google Apps for Work domain. I use Google auth to login to these systems. I am now moving my company to a new name, new domain and different country. I have added this domain as a secondary domain on Google Apps. Later I will make it the primary domain How can I migrate all my existing data, setup, invoices etc to the new domain, and sign in to my Zoho spaces using the new domain? thanks Brendon
Service Status? SalesIQ and Survey embeded content shows "error: server refused connection"
Is there a current service disruption for SalesIQ and Survey? I can access the administration portals for each, but when I view our website I get a "error:server refused connection" message in the embedded iframe. According to the status report all services are "up" https://status.zoho.com/ However, the response time and transaction time for many services has greatly increased. Is this caused by a known issue? CRM account access blocked after upgrading subscription
Hi, I have just upgraded my account from the free edition to the professional edition and immediately after submitting my card details I get the following message whenever I try to access the CRM section: Sorry! Your account has been disabled. Your Zoho CRM account has been disabled and you will not be able to access it. Changing credit card details problem
We use Zoho CRM for some years (Old Professional Edition) and now I'm going to change my credit card details. And I'm not able to do this anymore, using your new design. I click on Subscription link from Zoho CRM and see my Subscription Details (as seen on 1.jpg attachment). Then I click on the Card Card link near my current credit card (or choose Billing Details from Store Home) and proceed to billing details page. And there is "No Payment Methods Found" message appears and I'm unable to change
ZOHO Phone integration APP
