Email Subform Sum on Success
I have created a simple application to bulk register youth for an event. The Adult leader fills in their info in the Parent Form, the parent form data is copied into each subform entry where the adult lists each youth that is attending by adding a new row for each. I need to produce a Success email to that adult leader that has a total cost reminder. Basically multiplying the number of rows submitted by $140. I have created a hidden field for each youth that pre-populates with 140 - so I would

replaceAll empty string
I am using the replaceAll inbuilt function and noticed I was getting errors when I put in empty strings. Should the function return null and accept null values?
Can Print option include the search criteria?
Before printing from a view it is common to search for specific values in the view. A nice feature would be to include the search criteria on the top of the printed output. Is there any work around to accomplish this currently? Herb Wexler
Make search work on the basis of long string.
I have created a form in Zoho creator. And in this form I have drop down fields containing data having large strings with special characters. I want to select one of the option listed in the drop down field and make the search happen. But as field contains large string with special characters so it is not possible to make the search work. Rounding Problem
I have created a simple form to capture data from our locations. I have set all the key numerical fields (used to capture transactions and hours) to be decimals. However, I have found that it is not capturing the decimal points and is in fact truncating off the decimals. I checked the fields and all are set to 1-2 but if I edit a record at a later date, it's truncated and if I pick 2 numbers it adds to the truncated amount (4.5 & 4.5 for instance add to 8). Can someone assist me in getting this
How to automatically assign an ID number
I'm creating a property database and I need to assign an ID to each property acquired. I'd like the ID number to be automatically assigned so that users don't have to input an ID and also so that they can't adjust the value. I'd like the first property to be assigned an ID of 100, then the next 101, then 102, and so on. Does anybody know how I can do this? Thanks for your help.

Data lost for certain records - Need urgent help!
Hi, We lost data in certain fields for certain records over last week. We have over 7,000 records in the database. We run a small e-commerce business and we store customer details, order info, delivery info in the database. Glitch in the Add Records Deluge Script Builder
This is hard to describe. On Success, I was trying to use the script builder to add records from Form A into Form B. The script builder in not functioning properly. When Selecting Form B as the target, the available field list is showing fields from Form A. Switched back to the old script builder and it works fine.
Restore a database from yesterday
OK, so I knew not to mess with live data, and I thought I backed it up by copying the form, but that didn't copy the data. So when I editted the name fields in a radio button list, all of the data that was the original name is now blank. Deluge script not working
I am having many problems using the Zoho Creator application builder. First of all, changes to an element action do not save. Lookup Field - Set Criteria
Hi I am using a lookup criteria that is retrieving a list of names (Assessor_Names). In the set criteria section I want it to only show a select few of their names. E.g. Assessor1, Assessor 2 and Assessor3. I can get it show only one Assessor by using: Assessor_Name == "Assessor1" But I want to specify three different Assessors to display. Basic question about using values from Lookup fields
I've managed to get quite a way with Zoho but keep tripping up over some basic functionality - and I can't find any reference to it in the user manual. In a Task form, I create a lookup field (ProjectName) to the Project Name in a Projects form. I discovered that in Deluge script in the Task form, input.ProjectName returns a BIGINT, rather than the actual Project Name. Hi All I see it could be possible to write events into Google Calendar from my Creator App. Its possible to have many Google Calendars so which one does the entry go into or is it configurable? It is possible to create an entry but what about deleting an entry. I noticed there is a return code for a successful entry. Problem sending automatic emails
HI! in one app i built, i use an auto-send-email function, which sends a message to an address belonging to a person who is assigned a task (i.e., "To: input.assigned_to"). it works perfectly well. in another app i tried to apply the same function, but the Creator seems to add ".toString()" at the end of the code ("To: input.assigned_to.toString"), thus causing the code to fail sending the email. no matter that i delete this addition and save it to the code - when i re-access the app, the change
Script function editor: show full function name
I create custom functions and starting to get annoyed by the function names being cut off, see screenshot below. My suggestion would be to show the full function name. I don't mind if the name wraps around as long as it is not cut off.
Displaying subform results as sets
Hi, My suggestions would be to display subform results by a set number of result eg 1-10, or 1-20, etc. This will allow users to see a small subset of the subform results and increase page load times.
