Not able to browse into Zoho Docs on Web on Linux Chrome
Hi, I am using the Zoho Docs tool to synchronize my folder contents. On the web, I was able to see the first level folders. However, I am not able to browse into it. I am using Zoho Docs tool for Linux. The browser is Chrome on Linux. Regards Rochan
404 Error
When I attempt to open the "link" subfolder, it brings me to this error page. Earlier this am I did upgrade my antivirus/pc cleaner, this should not have anything to do with this error. Correct? Is ZOHO doing any upgrades? Need help please. Maria
My documentsare not seen by other users
I shared plenty of files with other users at our company. None of them can see these files when logging in. Some of them use iOS, some MS Win system. What happened?
How Upload folders
Hello, I have a user in my organization who needs upload folders. The folder option is enable for the admin account, but for the other user the option to upload folders is disable. Question regarding paid storage plans and "single users"
I'm currently signed up withe the Free 5GB plan on Zoho Docs - I recently switched to Zoho Docs from Google Drive because my Google Drive account was starting to develop issues that I couldn't solve on my end (trying to contact Google Support was next to impossible). Zoho Docs and iPad App
Ive been using Zoho Docs for about 2 months...and have comments/question or things that I just havent figured out how to do. Let me start by saying that overall, I love Zoho Docs and Im not going to lable every item I love about it becuase this post would be too dang long....so heres my negative Disappointments: The iPad app..... Hi, Is it possible to default the format of new documents created within Zoho Docs as DOCX for Word, and XLSD for Excel. The scenario is as follows: 1. I create a spreadsheet in Zoho Docs online. 2. Later I want to update the spreadsheet on my laptop using my local copy of MS Excel (due to additional features). 3. LOST ALL MY PICTURES!! :(
Hi Zoho, I was making a book for my friend who is going to graduate. It was a large 20 page document entirely filled with pictures that I was planning to cut out and stick in a book. External sharing - sends user to login page?
Hi all, I'm testing out Zoho docs; I want to see how the share feature works with those who do NOT have a Zoho account. My understanding is that I can share a document with non-Zoho users and use a document-specific password to protect it. I did this, and shared the doc with my boss. I then gave her the password. I upload a word.doc with a TOC to my docs folder when i open the table on line the TOC is replaced with TOC CONTENT Is there a trick to viewing the TOC what are options are there for importing documents with TOC to writer.

I have installed Zoho Docs Desktop Sync onto my Windows 7 computer. As part of the installation, it created a folder called C:\Zoho Docs. But I want it to sync all of my files and folder that already exist in My Documents. How do I accomplish that?
pdf download/export - blank pages
[OS Xubuntu 13.10 with Firefox and Chromium browser] I have just been experimenting with zoho docs and like it although I found one thing which may be a problem. With either browser when one downloads/exports a pdf there is a blank page between each sheet. Not a major issue but I wanted to download a watermarked doc (great that zoho included watermark as google dropped it). Just wondering if this was known... it does seem to have happened with both browsers.

Hi - is there a way to view the emails I send with mail merge after sending them? In Outlook, these emails appear in the 'sent' folder like any other email, is there a similar function? This is helpful to keep track of the historical of distributions. Thank you

Spell Checker deletes the whole sentence?
Hi, I recently signed up for your product. I encountered only one problem: the spell checker will underline the whole sentence when only one word is spelled wrong and thus, when I press on the correct option, it deletes the whole sentence rather than correcting the word. For me, this is a big problem because I am a notoriously bad speller and rely on spell check. Unfortunately, if this continues, I will not be able to use this wonderful product. I haven't logged in to zoho for quite a while, and now I find I have no files. I do not recall deleting any files. Does zoho purge them after a period of time?

Help - Checkin doesn't actually check in the file?
I'm probably missing something obvious but how do I actually UPLOAD the latest version of a file that I checked out and downloaded in Zoho Docs? When I click Check-In it never prompts me for the file to upload - it just unlocks the existing file on the server. What am I missing??

Hello, I have spent the afternoon implementing a client that will upload files to a shared Zoho Docs folder. I have gotten very close to success but have been unable to close the loop. My HTTP request seems to be going through just fine but I am getting the response ERROR_WHILE_UPLOADING_DOCUMENT almost all the time. The file I am attempting to upload is a binary data file. Zoho Docs: Folder share
Good morning I know that you can share a Workspace in Zoho, however can you please add the ability to share folders within a workspace. We have a lot of files (artwork) that we share to 3rd party agents. We don't want these users having access to the whole workspace. The solution as it stands is create a new workspace and share to those users, however this results in duplicating files and as artwork, that's a lot of file space. It also means a lot of administrative work for the Marketing team
Problems with new spreadsheet
I tried starting a new spreadsheet just now, and no matter what edit I make, I get the error message "There was a problem with your last edit. Please check and try again." Even when I try to save the spreadsheet, the changes don't take and when I open the spreadsheet again it's blank.

Hi, I'm revisiting Zoho Docs again since your update but can't find out if its possible to share a folder publicly. I have resources in a Google Drive folder that I share to my clients and I can place new files in whenever I want and they get shared. The key thing is that they don't have to login or be a member of anything - I just give them a link to the shared folder and they can instantly view the contents. Is this possible with Zoho Docs ? Greetings Zoho crew: I enjoy using Zoho because Google Docs is so inferior in Write features and fidelity, so I respectfully question specifically why Zoho dropped the OpenOffice plug-in yet maintains MS. If it's not a conflict of corporate interests issue but a maintenance/security one, why not allow open-source third-parties to develop and maintain one for Zoho? They are champing at the bit to do so on OOo and Symphony blogs. I hope this issue is mentioned in San Francisco. Thank you for your consideration.
Desktop Sync- Appears to hang
I am uploading our network content to soho workspaces. I am using the desktop sync so that the server may remain in sync with the soho workspaces. I have about 500gb of files. this has been running for three days and even after stopping and restarting sync it appears to be hanging. The sync shows validating (folder name) when I restart, and then it shows "synching" bit a I monitor it from soho docs on the web I see no new files added. any thoughts?
small caps available inconsistently
Hello! I was interested in making a switch from Google Docs to Zoho primarily because Zoho has the option for small caps - a formatting functionality I need to complete my project.
