Hola, Quisiera saber como podría hacer para bajar el almacenamiento de 5gb a mis usuarios, en otras palabras los quiero ir limitando de la cuota real, y luego ir agregando poco a poco la cantidad hasta llegar a los 5gb que me dan en el plan free.

Incoming Mail Disabled
Hi, I'm having difficulty with a couple of Zoho mail accounts, having disabled a couple of email accounts, I am unable to re-enable the Incoming mail service - the following message appears "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." The email accounts in question are: info[at]harlequinstageschool.co.uk and annika[at]harlequinstageschool.co.uk Any help on getting these re-enabled would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

IMAP & POP Access Disabled for New Free Basic Subscription
Hi, I was recommended by a friend who is using the Free Plan and has IMAP and POP enabled. Based on his excellent feedback we migrated our emails from GSuite to Zoho only to find post migration that Zoho is not allowing IMAP and POP access for our basic free plan. However, the IMAP and POP access works for other friends in the Network who are using the Zoho mail basic free subscription. Not sure why such a disparity. Request you to kindly enable the IMAP and POP access to our subscription. Thanks,

I tried to enter my 1.111B Class .xyz Domain to my Zoho accoutn and received the following message "This domain is not allowed to add. Please contact <a href="mailto:support-as@zohocorp.com">support-as@zohocorp.com</a> for further details." So Zoho is not going to allow this class for domains in Zoho Mail?

I´m a Zoho mail user but when logged in the usual initial Mail page does not appear, but gets me to Zoho Planner initial page and I cannot find my stored emails, tasks, notes, etc., what can I do???.

One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. Specifically: contato@gwest.com.br When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. I have a dev server that was sending an email every minute for testing and analysis. After about 3 hours, I stopped getting the emails. I guess there is a spam filter that started catching and rejecting email from that server. Typically this would be a good thing, but I really need those emails. I whitelisted the server and the from email address... but, no dice. Is there any way I can get that server whitelisted? Thanks!

how to add user going in invitation
hi i am unable to add a user. i have added four users but whenever i try to add kiran.yadav@jeewanpublicschool.org, it says that the user is already invited. but whenever i go to to the list of invitations, it shows the said user as PENDING invitation. i deleted the invitation and tried numerous times but could not succeed. Moreover, i am using cPanel server. My control panel is prompting me to configure the SPF and DKIM but i do not know the process as it is not elaborated for cPanel online. kindly

New user shows up as pending in invitation list!! Please help.
Hi Team, I've created 3 users and 1 of them got created successfully but the 2nd and 3rd (admin@ewayinfosystem.com, info@ewayinfosystem.com), have been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. There is a very quick short red message showing up when I try to create that last user but it disappears too fast to be able to read it. Could you please help me !
