Add more than a single email account to the email client
Hi, I'm a consultant for several customers, hence require to have several emails synced to my email client. This is possible in Microsoft Outlook, but how do I get this to work with the Zoho lightclient. I have a full subscription to Workplace.

Zoho send button now red rather than black
Why has the border round the Zoho Mail SEND button and the word SEND gone from Black to Red. Also the NEW MAIL button used to send a new email has gone from blue to red ? I am using an outlook.com POP3 email address and have been using it in Zoho for years without any difficulty.

IMAP support for other email accounts
Hello ZOHO team. I enjoy my zoho services but, the one item I seem to be missing is IMAP support for additional email services with my zoho mail account. I have seen several other threads discussing IMAP support throughout the forums but, no one has ever answered IF we are going to receive IMAP support with our email accounts to be able to collect email from other providors or not. Can someone please answer this for me? I do see POP and IMAP "features" under the settings in my mail account however,

No organization contacts
Hello, in contacts I can't see an option, category, tab or whatsoever with organization or global contacts. When composing an email the "organization" is greyed out (as well as personal). The only option is "All contacts". Group contacts aren't showing up either there.

I've tried so many times to get a verification code sent to two emails associated with my account, but I see nothing. I don't get a text code and no verification code is sent to my inbox. How can I get these accounts verified?
Email already exists problem
A few years ago , a friend set up two email accounts with zoho for me: orders@ and christian@ He gave me instructions on how to manage the emails for myself and now I have orders@ available on my zoho account but I cannot add christian@. However, I have access to christian@ on Thunderbird but cannot add the orders@ account there. What should I do?

Migrate to GSuite
I have tried everything I can think of but still I cannot migrate my emails to Gsuite. I have contacted Zoho support twice now and had no response. 1. have added google range of IP's to my account 2. used an app specific (and original) password 3. imap is enabled and yet I still cannot start the Gsuite migration process. Error communicating with the source mail server. (18002)
Unable to add zoho imap to latest Outlook client (365) in windows
I have just created a new zoho hosted email account (lite paid subscription). Up to now I have not had problems adding this type of account to outlook (365 version). I have turned off 2 factor authentication in zoho. The outlook client is still unable to logon to incoming imap server (see attached jpg for settings in outlook).

Where do I find a SMTP server to add Custom SMTP when my email client is Zoho?
I want to add a new "from" address and it prompts me to choose a SMTP server. I wanted to select Zoho's SMTP server since I'm not using any other email client for my domain except this one, but it shows that it may show that it was sent "On Behalf Of" when sent to other emails and I'd like to avoid that. But I'm not sure where to get a custom SMTP server from otherwise. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Calendar month view messed up in Safari
In Safari on a MacBook, the monthly calendar view has the events listed on the wrong days and at the wrong times. When editing the events or looking at them in another view, they are correct. If I look at the calendar on another device, it is OK.
Mail no longer syncing with e-mail client
I have been using Zoho Mail in conjunction with Outlook and all has been fine for a while but since this last Saturday all new e-mails for all of my Zoho e-mail accounts have stopped appearing in Outlook. They are still received fine in Zoho but not Outlook. I had assumed that the problem was with Outlook but I have tried a couple of other clients (Mailbird and Thunderbird) and the same happens, no new e-mails after last Saturday. Any help, suggestions, solutions much appreciated.

Unable to setup/access via Thunderbird
I am unable to complete account configuration on Thunderbird. I've previously had it setup just fine. I modified settings to use imappro.zoho.com, but when it attempts to connect, it prompts me for password. I've reset my password, but still no success. All settings are correct when compared to various config guides. Any guidance is appreciated.
ZOHO mail doesnt work
I signed up for a zoho mail account couple of weeks ago but no emails are received. I have tested it with several other emails and zoho does not receive any email. The spam folder is also empty so they are not going there. I think if you want zoho to be successful you need to fix this most basic function. Ridiculous.
Do you support the autoconfig service?
If so, can you point me to resources on how to set it up? While I did set up autodiscover, I couldn't find anything regarding autoconfig. If not, is there any plan to support it in the future?
