My nature of business is supply chain and i am sending emails to a list of companies which are registered or non registered on our suppliers database to supply us with the specified products and services sent out as per mail for them to respond with their proposals. Photoshop (.psd) files violate the policy of Zoho's mail servers
My customer recently tried emailing some .psd files ranging from 12-17 megabytes to me, but the emails never came through. My customer, saying "the email violated a content policy at the zoho mail servers," resorted to emailing to my gmail account to get the files through to me. Is it possible to allow large .psd, .eps, .zip and other archive files (all commonly used in my industry) to come through, or should I go back to using gmail?

Hi, I switched my family to Zoho this week. 3 mailboxes, 2 forwards to gmail. I created a forward as admin. Entered the confirmation code and everything wrked fine - for 3 minutes. Then I got an automatic reply from ZOho: Dear Admin, The email forwarding configured in the Zoho Mail account ****@*****.com has been disabled for the account *******@gmail.com. our email of admin at atruing.eu and sunil at aturing.eu got ip blocked because the isp changed the ip and now we cannot login. Can it be reseted.

Email Fetching Status Stop
Hi, want to know why recently my mail server fetching status always stop automatically after few hours. I have to manually click on "start fetching" few times in one day. After i click on start fetching i am able to receive support email, this mean the email setting is correct, just not sure why it will stop automatically.

zoho outlook
I have a problem, I have 3 email accounts, 2 of them are connecting with outlook, but 1 of them does not connect at all! I already enabled the POP module in the settings, I did the same thing, but one of them I can't configure, can someone help me?
Zoho mail is crap in Microsoft IE explorer
There is unbelievable that zoho mail just can't open it in Microsoft IE, my hard drive was keep running running running, and it was almost burn (I am just trying to describe, but my it was taking workload for my hard drive a lot). I actually feeling that I am expressing so much then Zoho mail might ask me to shut but this is completely fucking ok as this is the fact! We noticed that the emails from some of the accounts in Zoho Mail end up in Spam folder for recipients using Office 365 email. I am unable check my Zoho E-Mail in Microsoft Outlook 2013. My system is Windows 64-Bit, recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. Hello I needed some emails I send back in 2018 to present them in for a judge in a trial, and when I went to check all my sent emails I cannot get older than 2019 and I didnt' deleted them. IMAP migration fails to add user
I am attempting to migrate from my old IMAP account to using Zoho Mail. I have added the server settings in a new migration and that seems to have worked. When I add a user to the migration it fails and says 'User not exist'. What does that mean and how do I diagnose the error further? I am adding the user name and password exactly as they are in my IMAP client and then putting my Zoho email address in the third box, hope this is correct.

La cuestión es que me aparece un error se seguridad el cual se soluciona configurando mi cuenta de correo para que permita el acceso de aplicaciones "No Seguras".
