Help defaulting my name email address
I am having an awful hassle with Zoho emails. I would like my email address hello@travelgurus.com.au to be my default email. I have set it to primary in my account. However, I also have travelgurus@zoho.com which I guess I set up accidentally (assuming it would be a cpanel login type address). When I go to the app on the desktop or my mobile, travelgurus@zoho.com keeps coming up and not hello@travelgurus.com.au I tried to delete the zoho email and received the error that a zoho email cannot be deleted!

Attachments take long to download
Good day Attachments have been taking very long to download on my account. Many times it doesn't even download when using the web version of zoho. I'm using latest Chrome browser. I tried it with another account on a different PC and the problem is the same. Regards

Unable to download emails via imap on Android & Windows
All the apps I use they come back as incorrect password, whilst the password is correct. I am using outlook in Android and mail under Windows 10. The problem is on the server/zoho settings as I have not changed anything on my apps.

The email contains a <table> with the background-image property set to an absolute url for the background picture that is located on my server. What can do I to make it work? ZOHO Projects - Drag & Drop List Order
There does not appear to be a way to move around the projects when in list view. Why is this important? Because I also use ZOHO Mail which integrates with ZOHO Projects. I can create tasks from within Mail, but when you go to do that you are forced to sort through a jumbled list of project names. The way the projects appear in Mail is based on how they show in Projects. Currently all projects are ordered according to when they were created. Delayed delivery messages
We have suddenly today started getting delayed delivery notifications through our Outlook mail clients but have not touched any settings so wondered where the problem may lie? We use Zoho Mail as our mail host which is then connected through a POPcon application to a Small Business Exchange server and then on to our outlook mail clients on the local terminals. Hi, Finally there seems to be a Norwegian translation of zoho mail. I notice there is one folder called søppelbøtte, and one called søppelpost. I assume "søppelpost" is spam, whilst "søppelbøtte" is trash.In order to avoid confusion between trash and spam, I suggest søppelbøtte be renamed papirkurv.
