Workspace move and rename issues
I have encountered a number of problems with restructuring wikis and workspaces. 1. Moving a workspace to a new wiki. I'm still waiting for an answer to: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-move-workspace-to-new-wiki, which would greatly help illuminate the options. 1a. Does Export and Import help here? If a wiki or workspace is moved to another wiki, does the import process fix up the links between pages to account for their new location? 2. help us with wysiwyg tables
We need better control over the table created with the wysiwyg or pasted in. The randomly changing cell sizes, the disappearance of borders, and the lack of option for formatting cell text margins are big problems for me and my team. We tried pasting in a well-formatted table from EXCEL, but that also is not stable. Help please Janet
Version Numbers: SharePoint Does it Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Better
Once again I have a situation where version numbers are interfering with my organization's communications. Now, we all know that sending links rather than attachments in email is the way to go. We sent one today to 500 people and realized that the date on the linked form is wrong. Rather than spam everyone with an new email, we decided just to edit the linked form. Hey, that's the benefit of sending links over attachments, right? WRONG for ZOHO wiki! Now the link in people's email is broken! Why?
Cannot insert Zoho Sheet into Wiki
I cannot insert one of my zoho sheets into Zoho Wiki. When I click to add the Zoho Sheet, the "loading..." text never disappears and I cannot insert the sheet. Of Note, I get the same result when trying to insert a Writer widget.
Inline Frames Still Need Improvement
I rely on embed ZOHO Creator forms and views in my wiki. Creator allows me complete control over the size of the iFrame. I can specify width and height by page percentages as well as pixel length and height. However, ZOHO Wiki's iFrames still only support pixel length and height which more often that not makes the Creator forms and views look unprofessional and generally less usable. Community Add Topic Category selector drop-down is unusable

Requesting Additional Custom Panels
The value of the CustomTopPanel and CustomBottomPanel is that we can hide these pages from users, but they can still see the content. I enjoy having the ability to set the permission to private, so they do not appear in the Navigation Panel and SiteMap. I'd like to see additional panels with this ability. Permissions menu for workspace is not shown
I cannot change the permissions on existing workspaces. Unable to add sub-pages to Wiki
Dialog box functions normally but no page is actually created after entering details and hitting create button. No error message is generated. Tested on both of my wikis and attempted to add sub-pages to various existing pages. Able to create a new page, but also cannot add a sub-page to the new page. Attempted to add sub-page both via the Page Options pull down menu and the Add Sub Page button in the Navigate Pages area. Editor Style control fails to track actual style in editor text

WYSIWYG editor Style combo box is broken

I've purchased access for another individual to use our company's wiki. However, I can't invite that person to access that wiki. Every time I try to change permissions I'm told my user limits have been exceeded. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Thanks for your help.
Wiki editor now riddles html with unwanted div clutter
This is a behavior that seems to have changed in the past week. In Zoho Wiki, in the past, the WYSIWYG editor produced quite vanilla HTML. Now it's wrapping many tags in superfluous divs. This is with Firefox, which, like most browsers, relentlessly updates, so could be an interaction with a Firefox update. False Size Limit Problem Again
Hello, Last month, at this same time -- coincidence? -- we started receiving a warning that we had reached our size limit, even though we were nowhere near it. Our wiki address = hiltonandcrowne.wiki.zoho.com. Someone fixed it -- I think it was related to the fact that we are a long-time wiki user, and our site was "grandfathered" in to the new pricing structure. We are supposed to have 5 GB of space, and have a lot to spare -- I think we are still below 1 GB. Would someone please fix this again.
i-Frame
I embed many ZOHO Creator views and have been continuously annoyed by the lack of frame percentage support for wiki gadgets. Why are they constrained to px? Why not have the option for %? is there some workaround via the html view that I can apply? Creator i-frame views are vary dynamic and can expand and contact depending on what's being rendered. Wiki Deleted still occupies the name
Wiki Team, This is a followup of the bug (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-edit-website-title). Since I could not edit the Wiki title and it had inadvertent typo, I chose to delete it and create it afresh. Now when I create it afresh it throws an error like Domain Already Exists.. Disable very annoying push notification permission dialogs?!
Recently on zoho wiki pages, on every single page load an annoying Push Notification permission dialog pops up. In different browsers it does different things. In Firefox it pops up at top left and stays there until dismissed, requiring the puzzled user to make some decision that they neither understand nor care about. In Chrome (and on Mac not sure what browser), it flashes up briefly, and before you can read and click it, it disappears. My request -- how do I, or you, stop users from being bombarded,
Search is not working well
I create a new article with text "foo" i can save it and search and find the article When i edit the article and add "zoo" and save it I get no results when I search for "zoo" I have wiki pages a month old that can't be searched so it's not an issue with re-indexing (unless zoho indexes once on article creation and then every year or something bad) If I delete foo and zoo and then add in poo and save I can search and find the article with both poo and foo but not zoo Some funky bad indexing and caching
Cannot add new page
I'm unable to create a new page. Have tried creating in both Mac > Chrome and Safari. I type in the name of the new page and I end up editing the current page. Frustrating, not sure what is going on. Never experienced this problem before.

How to Hide This Custom Navigation Thing?
I have followed the published instructions to create a custom navigation panel for my wiki. The issue is that the page holding the content of the navigation panel is listed on the site map. How do I hide list from being listed on the site map but still have it show-up on the navigation bar for my users? This can be done for custom top and bottom panels, by setting permissions. The same permissions for my custom navigation panel make it disappear for my visitors. Thus, I am forced to basically list
user limit problem and upgrade msg doesn't send
Using the no cost option and very infrequent user. Did the number of users change? I just discovered the limit is 3 users. But I had 14 listed, though only 6 confirmed. I deleted 9 and went to add 9. I get 'exceeded user limit" and a new tab opens with a upgrade window to send a msg. I type my message and press send and nothing. So, since I am not getting a notification I presume the msg is not sent. And I tried this several times, checked cookies settings etc etc.

Custom Top/Bottom Panel Not Working
Hi, It's a long since I tried the customer Top/Bottom panel but it no longer seems to work on my wiki. I'm guessing I've changed things too much, how can I get back to selecting my own Custom Top/Bottom panel? I have tried 'Top Panel' edit and entering text, but it never seems to save, and so my Top Chanel does not change. The Logo option does work though, Cheers, John

The size of the number fonts on ordered lists on project pages do not follow the actual text size
The font size of the ordered list numbers do not follow the actual text size on project pages. Please refer to the following screenshot. I've tried to remove the bullets and then apply them after resizing the body text but I couldn't resize them. They always use a preset text size.
new sign-out bug
It looks like the fix you did for the custom domain sign-out problem is causing a problem with signing out of wikis that aren't custom domain. When I sign out of my wiki, I expect to get taken to the Zoho wiki sign-on page (http://wiki.zoho.com/login.do?serviceurl=%2Fregister.do). That's the way it's always behaved. Starting from scratch
I deleted a wiki that I had created called InterpretNZ in order to start from scratch. When I try to recreate this wiki, I get a message saying that the domain already exists, even though I already deleted it. Can I get this domain back?

'Add users' dialog hangs after hitting 'Add'

All my wikis suddenly have the same shared user list
I have a problem since this morning. After creating a new wiki I went to add some members. But navigating through Setting, Users all I get is a listing of 'Shared users' whom I can individually remove. Moreover, this list now seems to be common to all my wikis. When I naively started removing those I didn't want in the new wiki (i.e. nearly all of them) I discovered that I was removing them from all my wikis - specifically, from the ones they are supposed to be members of. Ouch! What is happening?
Access denied to 'pages' section within projects
My account is already admin but I am unable to access the 'pages' section on most projects. Can't seem to find where this permission is controlled. I have access to the main admin account as well and that works fine.
Navigation link to export multiple wiki pages does not exist for non-administrators
When a user who is not an administrator wants to export multiple wiki pages, there is no navigation item for them to do so. See this forum post: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/printing-options-for-wiki#2266000000664853 Specifically, the forum post says: Multiple Pages: Click Wiki menu -> Click Pages -> Select Pages -> Click Export as PDF button. And the second step "Click Pages" is not an option.
