Is it possible for an email attachment to automatically become the the top version in zoho workdrive, instead of renaming the file as a copy. I want to send a daily auto generated email with an attachment that will update the file in zoho workdrive. This file will be used as a data source for zoho analytics. Currently it will change the file name from example.xls to example (1).xls. Thanks

How can I convert and excel file to zoho sheet? Why is WorkDrive so slow to display links for videos?
I am a very long time Dropbox user and today I started exploring WorkDrive from Zoho. My first test was to upload an MP4 video file and noticed that WorkDrive took at least 5 minutes [after the video finished syncing] to display the "Copy WorkDrive Link" contextual menu item. With Dropbox this appears immediately even before it finishes uploading. Why is WorkDrive so slow?

Hi there, one of our 3rd party installed on all users relies on a single database file to run - that single file is currently stored on an on-premise server with a mapped network drive allowing that application to locate/use that file. How to clean WorkDrive cache?
I'm using selective Sync. When I go to my WorkDrive folder and check the total size of all folders, I get 9Gb. But when I check hidden folders, there is a .~$zstmp/.cache with a massive 120Gb... Any way to safely remove the cache? Thanks for your help.
Please give us the option to open documents with Microsoft Office instead.
When selecting a document, the open with button should have the option to select Microsoft Office products. If not available please remove the option to open with Zoho products as we end up creating multiple versions of the same file.
Move location of Desktop app to other HD
For some reason the Desktop version of WorkDrive installed on my (SSD) C-drive instead of on another larger HD on my computer. How can I move it to this other drive? P.S. Normally apps automatically install on my other drives as I have configured my PC this way.

Hi all, With Zohodocs, I used external link sharing to share my documents with my accountant. She was able to access the files and then move them to a subdirectory. It seems that we are no longer able to do it with Workdrive even if we use modify access rights. (tried in Chrome & Safari) thanks for you help.

Zoho Work Drive not syncing successfully
My team and I are currently in the process of moving over all files into the Zoho Work Drive. However, we are running into issues where the files do not sync properly.
