• Is it possible to match the people that liked our page with contacts in the CRM?

    Hello! I would like to connect our contacts in the CRM with their profiles in Facebook. How can we achieve this? Is there a way to do it through the likes in our Facebook page? So far, I have been only able to match with contacts or leads that sent us a direct message via facebook. Most of our contacts do not contact us that way but then they go and like our page. Is there a way I can do this? I would like to have their social media profile picture in the CRM contacts picture. Best regards,

    I have 1 report of this and I have reproduced it in Chrome and MS Edge. Anyone seeing this same issue? 1 In the CRM, Click on the the send email button for a contact record. 2 Type some text in the body of the email. 3 Click the SpellCheck button at the bottom right of this compose window. All the content in the body disappears. (Makes for a short email) LOL

    Hi,  We generally put a specific subject line(like "Quotation Request / XXX" ) in all of our emails which we send to the vendors. So that we can track the reply e-mails from vendors for a specific project easily.  I would like to create a new related list(new module) in DEALS. In that module of a DEAL; I want to see all the emails that I receive from the vendors(or from anyone) with the subject line of "....XXX". Please suggest me a way to do that. Thank you in advance.     Hello, What are the ways to have a Contact associated with a Deal fill out an online form so that the data appear in the said Deal? Say, I create a questionnaire for a client to fill out, she submits it, and the answers appear right in the related deal for me to review when preparing for that job.   • Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM automation for opens and clicks

    Hello - I've setup both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns and I've integrated the two so the campaign results are automatically sent to CRM - very cool.  I've been trying to figure out the best way to alert my sales team when someone open and/or clicks on an email.  I can obviously filter my leads and contacts down by campaign and activity but ideally I'd like to create a follow-up task for the lead/contact when the open/click.  I can't see to figure that out - is there a way?

    I've got a workflow action set up to send an Email Template, associated with a Zoho Form. I want that workflow to tell me who it was, when it happens and give me in the notification, a link to the new record. There is a report available to download in the Report tab, under Recipient Activities.     Hi i had made a lovely form for customers to leave reviews for various members of our association. The idea was a customer would use the lookup field to find the relevant member, review them and the data would come back and be stored on the crm. We do need the customers details.     Hello! Is there any way to add a Form entry as a related list to a contact in a custom layout? Im using Zoho Forms to create a really complex form for an application. Most of the information there, under some layers of logic, will be used only once thus most of the information on the Form will not be needed in the CRM. However, we do need to have something relating the Form submitted and the Contact that did so, for future reference or for that single use. It can be a link to the Zoho Form submission.

    Hey there, We keep a list of contacts in the CRM and we would like to show those contacts as a list of profile on our website. We are planning to use the REST API to pull the data of those records from the CRM and display it on the website. However, according to the documentation of the Zoho CRM REST API, I see no option to pull the photos that we have uploaded for the contacts.   • Prevent Contacts without Account from Syncing to CRM

    We’re using the 2-way sync between Desk and CRM. Works perfectly 95% of the time, but occasionally we get new tickets via email that also create a new Contact. The new Contact is not associated to an Account, but still sync to CRM automatically. In our organization, we require an Account. Is there a way to prevent contacts with no Account association from syncing to CRM? Ideally we give the agent the ability to associate the Contact to an Account before it syncs.

However, when creating a CRM Potential with BOOKS integrated there seems to be a limitation that is causing workflow issues on our deployment.     I did a data synchronization of ZOHO CRM to ZOHO Analytics where I unmarked a some tables in the synchronization, this action deleted graphics, dashboards and querys in my ZOHO Analytics account. In the trash are my graphics, dashboards and querys but I can't restore. I received this error: Sorry, view(s) cannot be restored. All or some of the selected view(s) have dependency over deleted columns of tables in a integration workspace (setup pulling data from another application), hence cannot be restored.

    Hi, We're new to Zoho Campaign and are using it to sync contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns.  We're syncing two main lists - each with about 40 segments. We're syncing these daily, so we're going to hit the 50 syncs/month limit.  Is there a way to increase this limit, or to sync every two days?  Every week is really too long between syncs, but every 2 days would be sufficient.     Hi,  I'm using the ClickSend SMS plugin in Zoho CRM.  I've connected it to my company account and it works well from the admin account I installed it on.   however, when I try to run it from another user account, I get an error: I've given the user access to the module and the buttons on the contact module, but it's not changing their accessibility.
