  Hi all...I use Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.....when I change a potential to "closed won" I see that the system creates an invoice in both the CRM as well as Books.  But, when I go in to Books, only the total is created, not an itemized list.  furthermore, the "total" in Zoho Books, as far as the definition of the product goes, is the "description" field of the potential. Clients should know what they are being charged for in an itemized way, but I do not see how to do that in the auto-generated Books

  Hello, When creating an invoice, it is always done as a Draft. In the old interface, there was an option to convert it to "Open". I can't find this option any more in the new interface. The only way is to Record a payment, but if we didn't receive any payment, this is not an option. As long as the invoice is a Draft, it doesn't show as overdue, even if the payment date has passed.   Hi, As I understand, the typical flow of creating an invoice is Sales Order => Invoice. The computation of tax etc is done based on the products, volumes, prices and taxes in Sales Order. In the Invoice, isn't it obvious that all taxes should be listed in details - individual items?   Hi, I have ARB subscriptions set up in Auth.net and I have my Silent Post URL set up to add invoices to Zoho Invoice for the appropriate Customers/Contacts. Sometimes subscriptions are declined and Auth.net is notoriously bad at dealing with declined payments. Is there a way I can set up Zoho Invoice payments to collect the new CC information and update the existing ARB subscription CC information with it so that they won't have to pay through Zoho each month?   Hello.  I have, in the past, been able to successfully convert an Invoice to .pdf using my Invoice template.
