• Invoice Payment Subform

  Is it possible to use subforms to create a invoice payment form. I am trying to import invoice details to a form with information about the invoice (e.g. invoice #, invoice amount, invoice due date) and then create a form where the user can enter select an account and view the invoices that need to be paid.   Hello, Our invoices are sent at irregularly dated intervals. Rather, we send invoices based on completion of work. For instance, when finish 50% of the work the first invoice is sent, and another invoice is sent 43 days later when 100% of the work is complete.  The next project, the second invoice could be sent 35 days later - a time we couldn't predict when the first invoice is sent.   Hello Zoho team and others, I tought I finally managed to create my perfect invoice template when I realise that one operation isn't right. The problem comes from a specific discount in the total. It's a discount that will just influence the VAT and NOT the Grand Total. I show you with an example, that will be more easy to understand. my sub total excl VAT is            1000 € My "specal" discount is 2% ==> 20 € So my VAT(21%) will be:  (1000-20) * 0.21 = 205.8 € Up to that, there is no problem.

• Printing an Invoice in Portrait A4 from Zoho CRM

  I'm having difficulty with printing out my invoice in Zoho CRM.  I want to print it in A4 portrait but so far the only way I can manage to do that is to email myself and "quick print" the attached PDF.  If I print straight from the platform it's missing the information from the right hand side of the invoice.  If I save it as a PDF and try to print it (either as portrait or landscape) the invoice is squashed into the top left corner of a landscape page.   How do I print the invoice in A4 all the

  Hi, I might have missed something by mistake, but I can't find an answer anywhere. In the product details at the bottom of an invoice there are a few fields for "Tax". One field after "Sub Total" (Which I can edit for specific products successfully) And there is one for every separate product added. It is these which I cannot add tax for. • Invoice balance does not reflect customer's credit balance

  I'm not sure if I understand how a customer's balance is used on invoice emails. This is where I am confused: Customer A has a credit of $100 and a recurring fee of $20/month. When the invoice email goes out it says that the current charge is $20 and that the balance is $20. The customer's credit is not reflected in this balance, which should show an $80 credit. Am I missing something?

We need to invoice several dozen items for each customer each day and we need to run through approximately 35 customers each morning.   Hi, We can see that when we use Zoho API to generate invoice, it does not calculate tax on the actual price of the item. Rather, it calculates tax on the rounded price. • Can an un-associated contact have a billing and shipping address?

  Hi I have a contact in Zoho CRM which is not associated to an account.  When I link that to Zoho Invoice, I see the mailing address is then taken to be the billing address.   Hi,       It bothers me each time I view the subscription plans and I couldn't figure it out; besides the upgrade-downgrade, until now. It doesn't make sense to have Unlimited Customers, Limited Customers, then Unlimited Customers! The plans only differentiate in the amount of users rather than customers.
