■ Zoho CRM のブループリント機能とは？

Zoho CRM のブループリントは、営業担当者の行動プロセスの設計図を作成して、その流れをCRM へ適用することができる機能です。活用すると、業務ルールや手順を設定して明確化できるだけでなく、業務の進捗状況も把握できます。
また、ブループリントを用いて商談などの開始から終了までのプロセスをCRM 上に設定しておくことで、業務の遅延状況やその原因を把握する場合にも役立ちます。

■ 並行遷移、複数の遷移

今回のアップデートで、並行遷移機能と複数の遷移機能が追加されました。当方で実際に設定したUIを、以下に掲載いたします。

並行遷移
並行遷移機能が追加されたことで、二つの状態の間で複数のプロセスや遷移が必要なビジネスへ対応できるようになりました。各サブ遷移は、異なるチーム／個人に割り当てることができます。これにより、必要な作業に同時並行的に取り組むことができます。



複数の遷移
二つの状態の間に、複数の遷移を設定できるようになりました。
いずれか一つの遷移を完了して次の状態に移るというパターンには、この機能が適しています。



通常の遷移と並行遷移の組み合わせ
通常の遷移と並行遷移を組み合わせて、ブループリントを設計することもできます。




■ 遷移の並べ替え

並行遷移では、サブ遷移の順番を並べ替えることができます。並行遷移においてメインの遷移にカーソルを合わせると、並べ替えアイコンが表示されます。こちらをクリックすると、遷移の順番を変更することが可能です。



並行遷移、複数の遷移の追加により、さまざまなパターンの行動プロセスに合わせた設計図を作成できるようになりました。ぜひご自身のビジネスに沿ったブループリントを設計してみてください。これらの機能のヘルプページに関しては、以下よりご確認ください。
