今回は、ユーザー項目に関するアップデート情報を紹介します。

Zoho CRM では、要件に応じてさまざまなデータの種類のカスタム項目を追加できます。その中の「ユーザー項目」を利用すると、複数のユーザーに対して、特定のデータにおける共同担当者の権限を付与できます。共同担当者は、必要に応じてデータの更新/削除などが可能です。 この機能は、例えば以下のようなケースで役立ちます。

  • ある特定の商談の対応に、チーム内の複数の営業メンバーや、他部門の社員からの協力が必要になる
  • 商談の担当者が長期休暇に入ってしまい、他の担当者がデータを確認しなければならない
  • 連絡先の担当者が退職することになり、その引き継ぎの際に複数の社員がデータを担当することになった
    など……

このような場合にユーザー項目を使用すると、データに複数の担当者を設定できます。ユーザー項目についての基本情報は、以下よりご確認ください。


今回のアップデートで、ユーザー項目におけるユーザーのアクセス権を、すべての権限、表示/編集、表示のみに設定することができるようになりました。
検証結果は以下の通りです。ご確認ください。

  • すべての権限
  • 表示/編集
  • 表示のみ

これにより、担当者として追加したユーザーに対して必要な操作権限のみを付与することができます。
