【Zoho CRM】割り当てルール機能に関するアップデートのお知らせ

ユーザーの皆さま、こんにちは。コミュニティチームの藤澤です。
今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から割り当てルール機能に関する最新のアップデートをご紹介します。

 

今回のアップデートにより、割り当てルール機能ルールの適用対象データの条件をユーザーの役職に基づいて設定できるようになりました。

 

割り当てルールの設定権限を持つユーザーは、ルールを適用する際に「すべてのデータ」または「次の条件に一致するデータ」を選択できます。

「次の条件に一致するデータ」の場合は、データの項目やそのデータに関連するユーザーに基づいて、条件を設定することが可能です。

 

たとえば、以下のようなケースでデータを自動的に割り当てることができます。

  • 「国」項目がカナダのデータをAさんに割り当てる(データの項目に基づく割り当て)

  • Bさんが作成したデータをCさんに割り当てる(ユーザーに基づく割り当て)

 

ただし、これまではユーザーに基づく割り当ての条件設定で、利用できる選択肢が以下の4つに限られていました(キャプチャ参照)

「次の値と等しい」「次の値と等しくない」「空である」「空でない」


今回のアップデートにより、ユーザーの役職に基づいてデータを割り当てられる新しい選択肢が追加されました。
  • 役職に関連付けられている

  • 役職に属していない

これにより、特定の役職に属するユーザーや、特定の役職に属さないユーザーに関連するデータを、ルールの適用対象として設定できるようになりました。(キャプチャ参照)

 

機能活用方法の具体例: 

仮にZoho 建設という建築設計事務所があるとします。この事務所は幅広い顧客に対してさまざまなレベルのサービスを提供しており、高級な外観の家を希望する顧客には上級設計士を割り当てることを考えているとしましょう。 

  • 目的

     - Zoho建設におけるサービス提供とデータ割り当ての自動化

  • 実施したいこと:顧客層毎の対応

     - 高級な外観の家を求める顧客には、上級設計士を担当させたいと考えている。

  • 自動化の方法 

     - 商談タブのデータ割り当てルール設定を利用することで、このプロセスの自動化が可能。

     - 商談データの「設計士」項目に、上級設計士が関連付けられていることを条件として設定可能※今回のアップデート機能の活用範囲

  • 効果

     - 役職に基づいた条件を設定することで、データの自動割り当てをより詳細かつ正確に行うことができる。
