abnormal multiplication of 2 appointments in my agenda

abnormal multiplication of 2 appointments in my agenda

Hi,
There are 2 appointements that have more than 100 occurences in my agenda ! 
- "Rdv tel Jérôme marcault" planned the 2 of august 2019 at 10:00 am
- "Appeler Florence Canler-Grimonprez also planned the 2 of august at 02:00 pm
They multiplicate themselves. I have already tried to delete all of them but they appear again. I can't anymore consult these days on my computer (I can look at them on the app on my mobile phone)...
I hope that it is an isolate problem that will not contaminate the other events of my agenda.

Could you look at this and solve the problem please ?
