I want a Zoho software to track employees record. I logged in a demo so now I tried adding employee, first thing when I click on add employee it takes me to a page where it says add user maximum 10 users, my first doubt why users I don't want employees to interact with Zoho, me and some users only to track data of employees, secondly is there any way to customize the data for employees because I can see fields which are necessary and I need to add fields mainly for visa expiry, passport, work permit all these expiry dates, so tell me if I can access to customization in my own way and if I can add more employees without paying extra for employees, I saw it somewhere that I need to pay around 1.6$ per employee but I think that is not the case if I don't want them to interact
