Appointment Scheduling in WordPress Integration to Zoho CRM with Zoho Calendar

On our website we are capturing all "Request an Estimate" leads into our Zoho CRM.
But we also wish to allow people to schedule appointments for an in In-Person or On-Site job appraisal of the job they need.
So far, after more than a week of research we have yet to find any solution whatsoever for this requirement.

Granted -- there are many WordPress Appointment Scheduling & Calendar plugins.
And -- with direct access to Zoho Calendar we can add & manage appointments.
But there appears to be absolute NO EXISTING way to embed our Zoho Calendar in WordPress AND ALLOW people to add or schedule their own appointments to the calendar from available dates.

At this point we have run out of time, the site is live, and we have absolutely no solution for the client to fulfill this WP Site-based visitor-interactive requirement.  Of course, we have already received the "stock answer" from Zoho Support: "You can do that with the API".  The problem with that perfunctory answer is the magnitude of what that implies:
1.   Build a Full Representation of the actual Zoho Calendar in WordPress
      ( A huge project of HTML, CSS, and API scripting all to itself... )
2.   Create a form that allows a user to select a month, day, & time for their desired appointment
3.   Write an API check-back to Zoho Calendar to determine if that date/time is available
      ( Inclusive of all additional "actual availability" rules?  i.e. Weekend & Vacation zones, biz hours definitions, etc. )
4.   Add the actual appointment to zoho
5.   Update the front-end representation of the calendar in WP
6.   Etc. etc...

The sheer extent and complexity of having to hand-code all this -- off-the-charts cost-ineffective, if not absolutely prohibitive.  And yet -- it blows our mind that there is really, anywhere in the entire world, throughout all of time, either w/in Zoho nor the world of Zoho Integration Plugins -- there is nobody anywhere, ever -- ?? EVER !! -- who has created a packaged solution for this?  It simply boggles the mind.

Thus our post here -- please -- Zoho Support & Staff -- Be kind and tell me there really IS an already known and in-place way to add appointment scheduling to a website, w/o actually having to build the entire thing from scratch?
