We have released a bunch of enhancements recently. Here is a brief introduction to each of them.
Mailchimp Integration
Mailchimp Integration for Bigin lets you synchronize the audience list in Mailchimp with the contacts in your Bigin account. With this integration, you can send marketing campaigns to your Bigin Contacts using the advanced marketing tools in Mailchimp. Read more about it here.
Call Recording
You can now enable call recording for incoming/outgoing calls in our in-built telephony. Listen to the recorded calls whenever you need to recap the details of your previous conversations with a contact. Read more about it here.
Updates in Android app
- Our Android app supports 25 new languages now. Users can set any of the supported languages in the app.
- With the Timeline feature you can get an overview of all the actions carried out on the record.
- Use Stage History in Deals module to know how your deals have progressed.
We are also releasing APIs for Bigin next week! Watch this space for the announcement.
