Few more enhancements in June 2023

Hello Everyone,

I hope all of you are doing well. We're happy to announce a few more enhancements we've made to Bigin. We'll go over each one in more detail.

Record storage
Previously, users could only view how much of the organization's maximum file storage stored was being used. With this enhancement, users can also view the how much of the organization's maximum record storage is being used.

Record storage settings display the total number of records used by both organizations and individual users. All modules, pipelines, and sub-pipelines' records are taken into account. Admin-level users can see the Record Storage tab in Bigin's data administration settings.

Along with a count of records in all pipelines/modules, Bigin displays the percentage of record storage that has been consumed in relation to the overall storage, as well as the amount of records occupied based on the users.

Rearrange sub-pipelines
Previously, Bigin did not allow users to rearrange sub-pipelines; rather, they would be fixed in the order in which they were created. However, with this enhancement, users will be able to rearrange sub-pipelines as needed.

Profile permissions for files
Users can now have separate permission settings for files. This enables admins to control which users can view, upload, and delete files inside a record.

That's all for these enhancements. We sincerely hope you find these improvements useful. Please give them a try and provide us with feedback in the comments section below. Watch this space for future announcements.

Thank you,
Sai Shree
