Circuite fail because www.zohoapis.com:443 refuse conection

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

A few weeks ago, I started having issues with circuits failing due to www.zohoapis.com:443 refusing the connection.

The error message is quite clear and points to a problem on Zoho's API server, rather than with the circuit implementation itself.
Here’s the exact error:

"Sorry! Your request GET https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v4/Service_Workflows/6472741000008217058 could not be executed due to the reason: Connect to www.zohoapis.com:443 [www.zohoapis.com/204.141.43.111] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)"

This same error occurs in the following cases:

  • During circuit execution
  • When trying to create a new circuit (the interface gets stuck and never finishes loading)
  • When trying to edit existing circuits

Moreover, I'm the admin of multiple Zoho One/CRM accounts, and I'm encountering the same issue in at least three of them.

As a workaround, I’ve had to rewrite some critical circuits as custom functions, but I really need this issue to be resolved.
