Contactgegevens syncen niet allemaal

Hallo allemaal,

Ik heb het volgende probleem...

Ik gebruik Zoho Forms om een ticket in te schieten in Desk.

Vervolgens heb ik een koppeling gemaakt tussen Desk en CRM.
Hiermee worden de contactgegevens van het aangemaakte ticket in Desk gesynct met CRM.
Oftewel er wordt een nieuw CRM contact aangemaakt van elk ticket dat ik via Forms inschiet naar Desk.

In Forms heb je een aantal contactvelden zoals voornaam, achternaam, telefoonr, email adres.
Deze worden ook allemaal netjes overgenomen in CRM

Mijn probleem is nu dat dit niet werkt voor Straat, Postcode en Plaats.
Als je in Forms Address kiest heb je weer een aantal velden die je kunt kiezen zoals Straat, Postcode en Plaats.

Deze laatste 3 zijn voor mij belangrijk omdat ik een factuur moet kunnen maken.. (Later wil ik daar books voor gebruiken en dan heb ik al deze klantgegevens nodig. Ik ga er even vanuit dat ik weer een connectie kan maken tussen CRM en Books om mijn contactgegevens in Books te krijgen, zodat ik niet meer alles handmatig over moet typen, of copy/paste moet gebruiken)

Nu krijg ik die 3 velden Straat, Postcode en Plaats wel in Desk te zien maar er lijkt geen enkele contactrelatie te bestaan. Alsof het 3 losse custom velden zijn zeg maar. 

Als ik in CRM ga kijken dan hebben je 2 verschillende types van deze 3 velden. Je hebt een postadres en een afleveradres. Hier zit waarschijnlijk mijn probleem. Ik kan deze velden namelijk niet kiezen in Forms.

Het lijkt mij dat een straatnaam, postcode en plaatsnaam standaard velden zijn die overal in Zoho gebruikt moeten kunnen worden. Dit zijn contact gerelateerde velden. Als ik Hubspot bv erbij pak, dan werkt dit meteen out of de box maar bij Zoho moet je hier best wat kunst en vliegwerk voor uithalen.

Ik heb ook al contact gehand met Support van Zoho en daar hadden ze een script voor mij gemaakt (wat niet werkt) om deze 3 velden te updaten, nadat er een ticket is aangemaakt.

Is dit een bekend probleem? Is hier iets aan te doen?
