Create a project in Zoho Projects when a contract becomes active

Using our Zoho Flow integration, you can now perform actions in other applications when a contract becomes active. One such example is to create a project automatically when a contract becomes active. 

The sample flow in Zoho Flow's gallery is supported for the Master Services Agreement contract type. However, if you execute multiple Statement Of Works (SOWs) for each project that are based on the terms and conditions in an MSA, then you change the contract type in the flow and have this automation set for SOW contracts.

The project name of the created project will contain the counterparty name, and the contract's effective and end date will be set as the start and end date of the project.

Steps to find and use the flow:
  1. Access your Zoho Flow account by entering flow.zoho.com in your browser's address bar.
  2. Create an organization in Zoho Flow if you don't have an account in Zoho Flow.
  3. Click Explore Gallery at the top.
  4. Search "Zoho Contracts" in the app search field.
  5. Click Zoho Contracts from the search result.
  6. Click Use This Flow when you mouse over on the "Create a new project in Zoho Projects..." flow displayed on the right-side.
  7. Follow the step-by-step guide to configure and use it.
