Les entreprises utilisent une pléthore d'outils logiciels pour gérer diverses fonctions, telles que les ventes, le marketing, le support, la gestion de projet, la comptabilité et autres, ce qui entraîne une énorme quantité de données au fil du temps. Même si une entreprise utilise un logiciel de gestion d'entreprise (BMS), un progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP) ou d'autres suites, il faut une application robuste de Business Intelligence (BI) pour donner une logique à toutes ces données.

Que signifie la Business Intelligence (BI) ?   

La Business Intelligence (BI) regroupe un ensemble d'outils qui rassemblent et organisent des données de sources multiples dans des formats ergonomiques, fournissant ainsi des informations précieuses sur le comportement des clients, les tendances du marché et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Il s'agit de collecter et d'analyser de grandes quantités de données, d'identifier des modèles et des tendances et de les traduire en informations exploitables qui orientent les processus de prise de décision.
 
La Business Intelligence est un conseiller fiable qui vous guide à travers les complexités de l'analyse de données et vous fournit des informations exploitables. Il est toutefois de plus en plus difficile de se retrouver dans la complexité de l'analyse de données quand les applications ou les logiciels de plusieurs fournisseurs ne s'intègrent pas entre eux, ce qui entrave la fluidité du flux de données et ainsi que les connaissances complètes.
 
Zoho One, une suite intégrée de plus de 45 applications, va au-delà des solutions logicielles traditionnelles en offrant une gamme de capacités de Business Intelligence (BI) à travers de nombreuses fonctions. Ces dernières sont apportées par Zoho Analytics, une application robuste de Business Intelligence et d'analyse qui regroupe les applications Zoho One, afin d'offrir aux entreprises un outil efficace et pratique pour analyser leurs données et en tirer des renseignements.
