Duplicate a Spreadsheet

There are 2 ways to duplicate a spreadsheet in Zoho Sheet .

1. Using 'Duplicate' Option :
  • Click the 'Show Sidebar' arrow or Press Ctrl+O to open the sidebar.
  • Click the  Actions icon of the corresponding spreadsheet name and select the 'Duplicate' option from the dropdown menu.
  • A new copy of the spreadsheet will be created with a name in the pattern 'Copy of <original spreadsheet name>'.
For example, when you duplicate a spreadsheet named '401K Planner', a new copy of the spreadsheet will be created with a name 'Copy of 401K Planner'.



2. Using 'Save As' Option :
  • Open the corresponding spreadsheet.
  • Click the 'File' menu -->Save --> Save As...
  • A dialog box will be opened, prompting you to enter a Spreadsheet Name.
  • Type the new spreadsheet name and click OK.
  • A new copy of the spreadsheet will be saved and the new copy will be automatically opened.
