Early Access - Zoho Sites V2

Greetings from Zoho Sites team!


We’re super excited to announce that Zoho Sites V2 version is available for early access now. 


During the past few months, we have been working really hard to improve your experience with Zoho Sites and we believe that our new features will help you enjoy your experience with Zoho Sites even more. 


Here is the list of new features which is available in our new version. 


1. Subsite

A Subsite is a micro-site which can be independent of the information of the original site, while still being a part of it.

You can create subsites when you want to offer content tailored to a diverse audience with independent business needs or services.

This feature will be require pro plan and subsite add-on. It will be available as trial add-ons until they are officially released.




2. Multilingual


With the use of Multilingual feature, you can widen your audience by offering your website in multiple languages without the hassle of recreating it from scratch.

You can translate the content into your regional language for your subsite either through manual or automatic translations.

You also have the freedom to create new layouts, font styles, and upload different banner images in your subsite.

This feature will be require pro plan and subsite add-on. It will be available as trial add-ons until they are officially released.






3. RTL 
 

With Right-To-Left(RTL) support, you can set up website in languages like Arabic, Hebrew. This support will make websites accessible to native speakers of these languages, ensuring ease of readability.





4. Mega Menu

Mega menu is a multi-level drop down menu that allows you to consolidate all of your website's navigation into a single menu.

They are an excellent design choice for accommodating a large number of options and for revealing lower-level site pages at a glance.

This feature will be require pro plan and mega menu add-on. It will be available as trial add-ons until they are officially released.




5. Menu Icon

Now you can give your menu items a visual touch by adding icons to them. They not only improve the appearance of your menu but also make it simpler to interpret.

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan. 

 



6. Menu Highlight


Highlighting a menu item makes it stand out from the rest. This will help grab your visitors attention immediately.

For instance, you can highlight the 'Contact Us' or ‘Get Started' or ‘Download’ menu item to guide your visitors to respective destination.

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan. 






7. SEO Reports

You can now get a comprehensive report on the SEO of the website. This tool helps you in ranking highly on search engines by helping you to analyse the SEO readiness, keywords, links, header, and social preview images. 

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan. 




   

 8. Schema Generator


With Schema generator, your chances of being found for user queries are increased. Include information about your company, person, and nearby business on a webpage. These details are indexed by search engines, which improves the listing of your website on the search results. 

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan.

9. Saved Sections

You won't have to copy and paste the contents of a section that you like, each time you need it.

You can now have the sections saved to reuse it elsewhere in your website and save a substantial amount of time and effort. 

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan. 





10. Custom Social Profiles


There are countless communities and social networks due to the constantly shifting online environment. You can now take full control over your business or personal brand by adding custom social profiles to your site. Give your customers a comprehensive view about your business by adding pages, profiles and any other custom link on your site. 





11. Dynamic Content


Dynamic content refers to website content that is not fixed or static, but changes based on user action. Use dynamic content on your website to display data from within Zoho or third-party services without updating the website every single time. 

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan. 


  


12. Individual page publish


This feature gives you the flexibility to publish individual pages separately, without waiting for the rest of the website changes to be completed. If your page is partially completed, you can save that as a draft and ensure that it is not published when the website goes live.

This feature will be available as a part of pro plan. 




13. New UI

We have redesigned the Zoho Sites' dashboard and settings to  enhance user experience. You can easily access customization, identify related features and navigate seamlessly through the product.
