Buenas tardes. En nuestra organización estamos evaluando la posibilidad de contratar ZOHO y nos gustaría conocer más sobre sus funcionalidades.
Específicamente, queremos saber si es posible crear una landing page, integrar una encuesta de ZOHO en ella y configurar alertas para que nuestros asesores de atención al cliente sean notificados cuando se ingresen nuevas solicitudes a través de la encuesta.
Agradeceríamos su orientación sobre la viabilidad de esta implementación y el proceso para configurarlo.
