Feature Update - 'Flag' session recordings
Hello all,
Introducing our latest update in Session Recording - "Flag and Un-flag your recordings"
You can now Flag your important recordings and segregate them for future use.
Flagged recordings will be available as per the retention period of your plan. For Analyze and Engage plan users retention is Six months, while for Optimize plan users the retention will be One year.
Un-flagged recordings will be auto-deleted after 'three months' (90 days).
You will have 'two months' to flag and segregate your recordings before the new retention period policy of Session Recording goes into effect and this change is applicable only for Session Recording.
