Forms not able to integrate with a Custom Module

I have created a Form and integrated it with a custom Module.
The information is to set up a new record in the Custom Module.
It integrates OK. The information submitted in the fields shows up in the Form Entries but they do not populate the fields in the Custom Module.

I see a note in the Integration (in Forms) that says that Forms can not integrate with Custom Modules

This form is to have people subscribe to a Competition that I will then transfer to the Custom Module into the Contacts Module once they have qualified for the competition.

Is there a workaround for this other than exporting the entries and importing them to the Custom Module?
I need the Contacts in CRM as they drop into a Blueprint.

It seems strange that the Integration works fine but not the inserting of the information.
