How do I add a Zoho Writer icon to my desktop screen?

Zoho Writer(http://writer.zoho.com) is an online word processor for which you require an internet connection, a browser and a Zoho account to work with. In case you wish to have a desktop shortcut icon in your PC, please do the following steps :

1) On your Desktop, right click on a space not occupied by an existing icon

2) Click on menu item called New

3) click on submenu item called Shortcut

4) In the Box labelled Type the location of the item: enter http://writer.zoho.com/index.do

5) click button labelled Next

6) In the Box labelled Type a Name for this shortcut: enter ZOHO Writer (or anything you like)

7) click on button labelled Finish

You can now click on the shortcut to navigate straight to this internet service ... assuming you are connected to the internet at the time. Follow the similar step for other Zoho services (e.g. Sheet, Show etc).
