How manage to hardware and software contracts.
So I have been tasked with setting up on crm a way of managing our software and hardware contracts. with a filter switch, so if they are no longer on say a hardware contract but still on a software, we would like the history about the hardware contract info but it to be filtered out for example. Also we would like to track things like how many consumables the customer might have left on contract also for example. What's a good way of doing this? are there any examples I can look at for inspiration?
