How to delete a Social Portal?

My Problem: I have from a earlier test a Portal A that the new CRM has connected to. But I have a second Portal that I now use with an Zoho One CRm Trial and I like to connect to the new one.

How can I delete completely the old Portal so CRM will connect to the new Portal B?
