I need custom email accounts

Hey there, I was on the free plan with just 1 domain and custom email address. Because I wanted another custom email address, I paid for a license for mail plan, I was able to add my new domain but right now unable to create my custom email address for new domain.
Now I feel I paid for a service I cannot use. Please advise what I need to do to get my 2nd custom email address please
