Impact on availability of metrics in the Reports module due to Facebook's Page Insights API changes
Hi everyone,
In continuation with the previous announcement regarding the deprecation of certain metrics of the Facebook's Page Insights API, Meta has removed some more metrics from the New Pages experience, reflecting from September 16, 2024.
Here is the list of metrics that aren't available anymore in Zoho Social across all subscriptions:

Performance
- Page Clicks by Post Type
- Negative Feedback
- Page CTA Clicks
- CTA Clicks by Type
Reach and Impressions
- Page Share Impressions by Type
- Page Reach by Country
- Page Reach by Language
- Page Reach by City
- Page Reach by Gender
- Page Reach by Age Group
As a result of this API deprecation announcement, these reports won't be available anywhere under the Reports module. This implies that they'll be removed from any custom dashboard or scheduled reports as well. We regret the inconvenience this has caused to your social media analytics.
